O My Gosh! You can not believe how super excited I was to find out Louis Vuitton is coming with Multicolor ballerina flats this fall! I have been waiting for some cute Multicolor flats since..forever! A couple of years ago they has a flat, but the nose was too pointy and I didn't like that. But these gorgeous baby's..o my..PERFECTION!
I better start saving!

London, Baby!!

We are going to London!! I'm going nuts sitting at home, and our trip to NYC isn't untill october so, why not go to London for a couple of days?

My boyfriend and I will leave on the 14th of July, and we will fly back home on the 16th of July. It is really just a short trip where we'll probably don't do that much. As I said before I love to plan trips, so our planning is allready done! We're just going to relax, do some (sale?) shopping and eat carrot cake in Starbucks (hmmm..carrot cake!)

Meet my new baby's! Sparkle & Bob

Since my boyfriend and I got our own place, we wanted to get a kitty cat. Well..he wanted a cat, I wanted a dog! A few weeks ago we went to the local animal shelter for a doggy, but they dind't have dogs that would fit our life, since we both work fulltime (normally, at the moment I am without a job). Feeling sad about not getting a dog, we checked out the kitty section of the shelter. We saw a cute cat, his name was Bob. But because I was a bit bummed out about not getting a dog, we left without him. Next week, we went back to get him and guess what..he was gone! We asked the guy who works at the shelter and he told us someone had picked Bob up just a half hour ago! Again, went home without a cat!
The week after that, we had looked up some cats online that we that were cute and not too old or sick and returned to the shelter. Guess what, only one of those cats was still in the shelter but he had some issues. We did see two kittens in the waiting room, and asked about those.
If we wanted too, we could take them home!
We really only wanted one cat, but the lady from the shelter told us it is best to have two so they can play together. Well, I was convinced!
Because I love the name Bob, we knew the boy was getting that name. But the girl? I wanted to name her Princess Sparkle but my boyfriend wasn't so sure about that. In the end,I got what I wanted and we named her Sparkle!

O and guess what..while we where paying for Bob and Sparkle, some woman brought back the first Bob that we wanted!! So sad, but we really don't have room for three cats..

What's in my Balenciaga bag?

My collection - Louis Vuitton Speedy 35

After I got my LV agenda, I decided to save up for my very first designer bag. I was in LoVe with the multicolor speedy, thanks to Jessica Simpson. But being a student with a part time job, I could only dream of that bag. My 2nd favorite was the monogram speedy 30, I saw a lot of celebs with that bag and loved it! I was pretty sure the 30 was the right size for me.

After months of saving I went to the Louis Vuitton store in Antwerpen. It was on carnaval monday, I hate carnaval. People put themselves in crazy costumes, get drunk and act like fools. So, I fled the country to buy my new baby!!

In the store I was very dissapointed when I saw the speedy 30, it was so small! The SA showed me the 35, it was perfect! I pulled out a envelope with money (since I didn't know about the debet-card situation back then ;) ), paid and walked out with the biggest smile ever!

I still love this bag, I love the shape and I love it when it sags a bit. This bag can be worn casual or dressed up, and since it is such a classic model (Audrey Hepburn had one!) it will never go out of style!

The light vachetta is more of a honey, maybe a dark honey brown. I think I like it better that way, it looks used and loved.

I have a couple of bags, but this is definitely one of my favorites!

My collection - Louis Vuitton Multicolor Agenda

Tada! This is my very first designer item, and the only one that I didn't pay for myself.

May I present to you my wonderfull Louis Vuitton agenda! I got this as a high school graduation gift from my parents, there is a fun story behind it..

I was in Paris with my friend and her parents, by that time I allready fell for Louis Vuitton but could not afford it at all! While walking on the Champs Elysee we were stopped by and Asian couple, asking us to buy them 2 bags and 2 wallets at the Vuitton store. My friends' father agreed to do it, so the couple gave us both 900 euro's in cash (!!). They told us what bag to get and that we could pick the wallet out ourselves (seriously??!!). We had to split up, I went in with my friends' father, she went in with her mother. I was so a bit nervous inside, thought it was a scam and we would end up in jail lol! You never know, right?

Anyway, in the store I saw this agenda and said: that is going to be my graduation present!

We made it out of the store alive, with a fun and weird experience. Coming home I told my parents about the agenda. They have no clue about designer stuff, so they didn't know about the price. But they agreed on getting the agenda for me.

So when I graduated, my parents, that same friend and her parents went to Amsterdam to Louis Vuitton. I looked rediculous, wearing a bright yellow trenchcoat and pink fake uggs. But back then, I thought I looked fabulous!

My mom and dad don't own a creditcard, and they asumed they could just use their debet cards at the store. I was sure you could only pay cash or with a creditcard (I just learned about a year ago that you can also pay with a normal debet card!) so my mom and dad went on a hunt for the nearest ATM. When they came back I had to fill in a card with my info, they had these cheap BIC pens in the store. My dad made a comment that imbarresed me so much, but thinking back..I think he had a point! He was saying out loud that it is stupid that they use these cheap plastic pens to write with when you are buying such expensive products! They could have atleast had a Parker pen there, they are maybe 20 euro's?

I'm not sure if they still have the BIC pens ;) .

Fast forward 5 years, I still use my agenda every day. The leather is darker and has some water spots, but thats no problem for me. It was my first item and it is very special to me. I still love it to pieces!

H&M and Shopbop order

A while back I was cleaning out my closet and came to the following conclusion..I have no cute summer clothes! Today I placed an H&M order, and 2 days ago I orderded the cute Tory Burch Reva Flats on Shopbop.com.

My last couple of H&M orders where quite dissapointing, so I hope these clothes and shoes will fit me and look cute on!

Guess where I'm going..

In 151 days I will be stepping foot in the greatest city in the world! Yes baby, my BF and I are going to New York!! We have been there once before, it was 5 years ago. That was actually our first holiday together. We had such a good time, ate donuts and drank gatorade..it was a-ma-zing!

Offcourse New York is know for being a great city to shop, so I started saving like crazy!! I allready finished my Tiffany&co. wishlist! I also plan on buying LOTS of make-up (MAC here I come!!) and offcourse Ugg boots! MAC and Ugg are much cheaper in the US of A, can't wait!!

In the near future I will show more wishlists and our plans, I love planning our trips!

Yay for NYC!!

My collection - Storage

I want to show you guys my collection, but before I start..a little sneak peek! This is a picture of how I store my bags and accessories.

My boyfriend and I live in a house that has 3 bedrooms, we don't have kids and don't plan on having those the coming 115 years ( ;) ) so that leaves us with 2 extra bedrooms! I claimed this room the first time I saw it, I call it my room even though my boyfriends closet is also in the same room. Let's say 95% of the stuff in the room is mine..

My dad put some shelves on the wall, and I store my designer pieces on those shelves. At first I wanted a glass cabinet to store my bags, but I think this is better since I don't have to clean glass doors! Can you imagine the fingerprints and all?!

May wishlist

In may I will be getting a bit more money than usual because of the holiday money from work and tax refunds, so I allready planned a trip to Antwerp on may 21st! I'm hoping to buy a Louis Vuitton Damier Azur Speedy 35, Louis Vuitton Vernis Zippy and Chanel sunglasses (look at those cute bow's!) that day.

Just have to wait a couple of weeks..did I mention I hate waiting?

Ebay and Transdesign order

As I mentioned in a previous post, I was planning on visiting Antwerpen on april 3rd. Because I was scared I was going to spend to much money on things I don't need, I decided to stay home. But I did deserve a bit of online shopping, so Ebay it was! I ordered a couple of palettes, the 88 matte, 88 shimmer, 88 natural warm and 15 concealer palette. I also ordered 20 pairs of false lashes to practise with.

I LOVE nailpolish, now that spring is finally here I am loving the pastel and neon colors! I ordered the folowing polishes:

A different kind of purchase..

My goal with this blog was to entertain readers with articles about make-up and designer bags. But what the heck, let's talk about my new ride!

I don't own a drivers license and my work is stationed in the middle of nowhere, so I need a bike. My good old bike was having some troubles, making weird sounds..

I use my bike every day for 2 hours (32 km round trip), it was time for a new one! I had my mind set on this very cute, stylish bike and now I am the proud owner of a Sparta Country Tour. I can allready see myself cruisin' with my sunglasses on, wind in my hair and listening to Colbie Caillat (her songs are so summer-ish!).

This friday I'm going to pick my new bike up, can't wait!

Jenny's look

So I was watching Gossip Girl a couple of days ago, and just fell in love with Jenny's make-up. When she was attending the State Dinner during episode 13 'The Hurt Locket' she looked amazing. A brownish smokey eye and a gorgeous pink lip. I NEED this lip color! Did I mention I LOVE this look? Gosh..

The lipcolor kinda looks like MAC Bubblegum lipstick, but more on a pinky side..If you know what lipcolor comes close to Jenny's, please let me know!

Lush wishlist

Eversince I bought my first Lush product last year - Mask of Magnaminty - I became a Lush addict. I do try to don't go all crazy with buying their products since they do last me quite a while! Everytime I am tempted to buy a new soap, but I have plenty left!

Anyway, I'm planning a visit in about 2 weeks. I'm thinking about going to Antwerpen to go shopping on april 3rd. So I decided to make my wishlist. There are a couple of things on the list that I always buy, like Mask of Magnaminty. I LOVE that stuff, it is amazing! Also the Tea Tree Water, I bought it a couple of months ago and I love it. I actually didn't use it for about 2 weeks, and now my skin is breaking out like crazy!

Make-up course with Tom Sebastian

I've always been interested in make-up. Do you remember those friendship books that you had when you were younger? You let your friends write in yours and you wrote about yourself in their books. I always said I wanted to be a make-up artist, although later that changed in to a teacher and even an astronaut!

Who knows, maybe my *dream* is coming true! On beautygloss.nl they were advertising this make-up course that you can take at home, in assosiation with dutch beauty expert Tom Sebastian.

I'm starting my course on april 1st, and to be honest..I CAN'T WAIT! I am so excited, every day I hope to get my studybooks and everything, but i haven't received them yet! My boyfriend allready promissed I can practise male make-up on him, fun!
